The Terra Bag is a pre-order, custom-made item, therefore returns are not accepted. Store credit is available for items returned within 3–5 business days in original condition.

Each KA’IMIMA piece is individually handcrafted using carefully selected recycled materials. As a result, subtle variations in tone may occur, remaining within the same color family. These nuances are a reflection of the artisanal process and ensure that every bag is truly one of a kind.
