KA’IMIMA Return & Exchange Policy
At KA’IMIMA, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by artisans using ancestral techniques and carefully selected materials. Many of our products are made in limited quantities or produced through pre-orders. Our return policy reflects the time, craftsmanship, and dedication behind each creation.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order items are considered made-to-order pieces and are produced specifically for each customer.
For this reason:
• Handwoven or handmade dresses purchased as pre-order are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• All bags purchased as pre-order are not eligible for refunds.
If approved, these items may qualify only for store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Returns Within the United States
For orders shipped within the United States:
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
International Orders
Due to international shipping logistics, customs procedures, and duties:
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Sale Items
All items purchased from the SALE section are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit are permitted for sale items.
Product Condition
If a return is approved, the item must be returned:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original KA’IMIMA packaging
KA’IMIMA reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, use, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
Handcrafted Products Disclaimer
Each KA’IMIMA piece is handcrafted by artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, weave, texture, or structure may occur.
These variations are part of the unique character and authenticity of each piece and are not considered defects.
Fit & Personal Preference
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on personal preference, fit, or styling expectations.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Third-Party Retailers
Items purchased through retail partners, boutiques, or third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s policies.
